Continuing Vantage Logistics (the parent company of VTLC – Vinh Tan Logistics) dedicated support for the Rabigh II project since 2024, Vantage Logistics has once again made its mark with a new shipment comprising 208 steel structure packages, totaling 1,368 tons and 10,247 CBM. Within a remarkably short timeframe, our project team mobilized a massive transport fleet from Southern Viet Nam to Hai Phong Port, seamlessly coordinating multiple suppliers to ensure the continuous staging and loading of cargo right on schedule.Massive Fleet Mobilization in Record Time

With cargo volume exceeding 10,000 CBM and the mother vessel’s arrival at Hai Phong Port rapidly approaching, Vantage Logistics made a strategic decision: to deploy a full-scale road transport operation, moving the cargo directly from the South to the North to meet the strict export deadline.

This presented a highly demanding challenge. In an exceptionally short period, the project team successfully mobilized a massive fleet of specialized trailers designed for Out-of-Gauge (OOG) cargo. Racing against the clock, the entire fleet navigated thousands of kilometers across the country to firmly secure the project’s timeline.Multi-Party Coordination & Continuous Direct Loading

The project’s challenges extended beyond the cross-country road journey, culminating in complex port handling operations at Hai Phong. Sourced from multiple suppliers, this steel structure shipment required the precise synchronization of cargo readiness, vehicle availability, and port reception plans.

Acting as the central coordinator, Vantage meticulously aligned the trucking schedules of various suppliers with the port’s loading manifest. Thanks to this exact calculation, the cargo flow remained uninterrupted.
