Following the successful completion of previous breakbulk shipments, Vantage Logistics (the parent company of VTLC – Vinh Tan Logistics) has continued to deliver a containerized equipment package worth nearly USD 2.7 million for the automobile factory project in Hung Yen. The delivery process was maintained without interruption, ensuring a continuous flow of materials for the critical assembly phase.

Securing Vessel Space and Maintaining End-to-End Information Flow
For factory construction projects, containerized cargo often includes integrated components, standard machinery, and auxiliary equipment. One of the key challenges in ocean transportation is securing sufficient vessel space to prevent cargo from being rolled over during peak periods.
With flexible coordination capabilities, Vantage Logistics arranged suitable ocean freight solutions to ensure the entire shipment departed from Chinese ports according to plan. At the same time, continuous reporting and shipment status updates enabled the project owner and contractors to maintain accurate, real-time visibility of the equipment’s progress.

Completing Import Procedures for a Diverse Range of Components
While breakbulk cargo requires careful attention to physical handling and safety, containerized cargo for an assembly line presents a significant customs documentation challenge. Handling large volumes of cargo comprising thousands of components with various HS codes requires highly accurate classification procedures.
At this stage, the practical experience of Vantage Logistics’ dedicated customs team continued to deliver value. By proactively reviewing data and procedures in advance, the equipment was cleared promptly upon arrival, eliminating potential delays that could have affected the overall schedule.

Ensuring Sufficient Trucking Capacity for On-Time Delivery
In addition, to clear a large volume of containers from the port and transport them to Hung Phu Industrial Park under a stringent timeline, Vantage Logistics proactively established and maintained sufficient tractor-trailer capacity to ensure continuous vehicle availability and rotation. The seamless connection from the port to the project site enabled deliveries to be completed accurately in line with the installation schedule.
